Please follow these steps:

Step 1Sign and return your syncreon offer letter 

If you have not done so, please sign and return your syncreon offer letter to your HR contact. Please note that syncreon’s offer is contingent on successfully passing the country specific requirements e.g. background check, good conduct check, security check, drug screening, medical screening, etc. (Please see Step 2)

 

Step 2 – Initiate checks required in your country of employment 

To finalize syncreon’s job offer, you must successfully complete and pass the required checks as indicated to you by your HR contact. Please share any results, certificates, and feedback from these tests with your HR contact as soon as possible.

 

Step 3 – Print, complete and return or bring, the documents required for your country with you on your first day 

Please locate the documents specific to your country, under syncreon Documentation. Then download, print, complete, and return to your HR Contact in advance of your first day with us. This will help to minimize paperwork on your first day so that we can get your Onboarding truly started! Depending on your country, you may find additional instructions to clarify the document completion requirements.

 

Step 4 – Bring with you on your first day

Please locate the document list specific to your country, under syncreon Documentation. Then download, print, complete and return to your HR Contact on your first day. Some countries require the original completed documents to be brought with you on the first day. This step will streamline paperwork requirements on the first day. .

Step 5  – Explore your syncreon Employee Portal 

This portal has been designed and created to give you more information and useful insights about your new company. Please feel free to explore the various aspects where we aim to answer some of the questions that you may have.
