What's a sWay Café?

sWay Cafés are the communications centers in each syncreon facility. This is where we come together to learn about our company, our site, our customers, and each other. 

 

The cafés inform about our activities and our progress and keep us on the same page. Materials, media and information are regularly shared electronically, in print, and in person. Each sWay Cafe'  is unique, but they all are a great place to share a cup of coffee with our leaders, our Communications team, and our colleagues from other departments.
